There's something special about the ambiance and feeling of a bookstore café that you can really only find inside. The way the bookshelves muffle the sounds around you, creating a quiet hush that is almost like a temple, while the scent of dark espresso and sweet cake wafts through the air. There is nothing else quite like that feeling. 

Foam & Fiction is an RPG journaling exercise meant to help  you create a small snippet in the day of one of your characters: A trip to their favorite bookstore café. All you need is a deck of cards, and a way to record their experience. At the end of the game, you will have a journal entry or a story… The navigation of the exercise is truly up to you.
